Return to the Ancient Order of Moisticus
According to legend, Brion L. Vibber was created by an unknown force six thousand years ago to fight evil spirits in the ancient Mojave desert, only to find himself knocked off of the Earth's surface by a powerful meteor before going into battle. He drifted through space for innumerable orbits before finally returning to California in a fiery descent through the sky at the height of the Carter administration. On the whole he prefers California, but remains an avid supporter of the space program on principle.
Some historians question the veracity of this bald-faced lie, but that has never dampened Brion's ability to quell the evil spirits that dwell in the technological terrors of today. He became Moisty's resident tech wiz and is currently studying for a degree in Film/Video production at USC where he finds particular interest in the subfields of animation, effects, and editing, as well as side work doing Linux system administation and running this web site.
He also dabbles a bit in bad poetry, having decided that good poetry requires more work and isn't as fun. Some of Brion's haiku are available in the Moisty Haiku Corner and lying about elsewhere on the Moisty site.
Brion has developed an interest in languages and has studied English, German, Latin, French, and Japanese to some degree or another as well as "the language of cinema." He's taken an interest lately in the international language Esperanto, and if you dare him hard enough, he might take a shot at learning lojban, an artificial language designed around the principals of logic. C'mon, he dares you to dare him!
